Our READY, Set, MCMP™ Mentoring Program offers you the opportunity to guide change leaders through meaningful one-on-one mentorship. As a mentor, you will be paired with a mentee based on shared interests, industry experience, communication style, and areas of expertise. You'll help strengthen your mentees' knowledge and confidence in applying change management in real-world situations.

We provide structure and support through mentor onboarding, goal-setting guidance, recommended session frameworks, progress tracking tools, and check-in opportunities throughout the mentoring experience. Share your knowledge and experience in a way that is tailored to the mentee’s goals to make a meaningful impact on another professional’s development. Strengthen your own leadership skills, expand your professional network, and contribute to the growth of the broader change management community.

MCMP™ Requirements: 

To earn the MCMP credential, applicants must hold an active CCMP credential and have completed certain experience, training and mentorship engagement requirements within ten (10) years of the application submission date.

  • Active CCMP: Applicant's CCMP must be in good standing.
  • Experience: 8,400 hours, or approximately 5 years of change management work experience.
  • Training: Ten (10) hours of change management training that differs from the training submitted on the original CCMP application. 
  • Mentoring: At least six (6) hours of ACMP Standard-aligned mentorship engagement with another person supporting them in the performance of change management tasks in any career level.
